I want to make special mention of the service received firstly by Bethuel at the Midrand branch and the driver and assistant that delivered the bed. Every interaction with Bethuel was an absolute pleasure and he was very efficient in following up and guiding us through the payment process. He regularly followed up and ensured that we were kept in the loop every step of the way.


The driver and assistant, Dan and Johannes, phoned prior to leaving on their delivery run, informed me of their delivery route and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He then also phoned the moment he left his last delivery to inform me that he was on our way to us. I found both him and Johannes incredibly helpful and polite.
