I took a look at your website yesterday morning and then followed up with a phone call to your call centre as I had a query about two different options. I spoke to Craig who was very helpful, told him that I needed the bed quite urgently and asked about the possibility of it being delivered the next day. He reassured e that he would put a note on the system and I proceeded to order the two double beds via the website. Needless to say I was incredibly surprised to then get a phone call and regular follow up messages from Danny who delivered the beds by lunchtime yesterday. Essentially a turnaround period of less than 5 hours from first click on your site to delivery in my home.

You now have a customer for life! I will definitely make you my first port of call whenever I need a bed and will be recommending you to all my friends, family and associates. Well done for having a truly efficient online service!

Just a short note to thank you for all your trouble with the new furniture for our children’s rooms.

After spending at least 6 months browsing different furniture stores and browsing the internet ,we discovered This side up.

We were very fortunate that you had an outlet close to Cape Gate, where we could see the furniture over weekends.

Your expert advice helped us a lot to make the right decisions, at least on two occasions it meant that you had to close your shop later than usual.

The order was handled professionally, with regular feedback via email regarding the progress and delivery date of the furniture.
You even managed to make adaptations to the beds (for their mattresses), without any additional cost to us.

During our transaction your name changed to Beds Direct and with it came newly designed desks for the children’s rooms.

The children (and ourselves ) are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the furniture.

Danny also gave us a great hand on delivery to put everything together.

I would like to thank This Side Up for their excellent service, I was a bit scared to order on their side since I've never heard of them, so I phoned in on Monday (30/04/2012) to both their branches (Jhb & CT) for re-assurance that I can trust them and that they are not a scam, they tried their best to convince me but I was still scepticle, but I told myself maybe I should just give it a try and I did, to my surprise they have received my payment immediately after paying it in by SID and my bed was delivered on the 02/05/2012 after the holiday.
