I bought a bed in December 2008 and received my bed within 24 hours. A few months later I had a small problem with the bed and emailed the sales person who assisted me on my purchase. He contacted me within an hour and the manufacturing company called me the very next day who promised to solve the problem within two days. I am extremely impressed with their service. I ordered a cot for my sister as a gift and delivery was made the day after it was picked up at the factory, she did not even need to assemble anything and she said it is an utterly beautiful cot. Warren is great to deal with and reply to emails and phone calls within minutes. I will most definately buy from them again. I have received my couch on Thursday and I am quite happy with the result.The colour was exactly what I imagined, and I do believe this will soon become my favourite piece of furniture.
