This was my first internet purchase. I ordered our selected bed @ around 11h00 and it was delivered just after 14h00 on the same day. WOW! By the time the other service provider returned my call, I had already been sleeping on the bed.

Normaly I would never consider purchasing large furniture online. However after finding exactly what I was looking for I decided to give it a try.

It was a totally painless process and I am very happy with my overall experience.

I purchased two pine wardrobes. After getting quotes for built-in cupboards and wooden wardrobes elsewhere I was despondent at the high cost of these options. After finding "this side up" solid pine wardrobes at less than half the price of anything else I decided to give it a try. The wardrobes are reasonably well made and elegant, they are not as good as the ones I saw for R9,000.00 but at just over R3,000.00 they are excellent value.

I was pleased at the speedy service and assistance in completing my order. Your friendly service and knowledge of product was most helpful. I do intend to purchase from you again in the future.

We actually live overseas. So we had to wait around 3 weeks to get our mattresses on site. It's been worth the wait. I have had good sleep since then, it's the right size and it looks absolutely gorgeous in our zanzibar bed. Thanks guys..

Ek het November 2007 toevallig op jul website af gekom , na vele frustrasies om die regte bed vir my seuntjie op te spoor. Jul website is uiters gebruikersvriendelik veral vir ñ leek soos ek. Jul vriendelike en flinke diens het gesorg dat ons reeds vroeg in Desember sy kamer kon oordoen. Dit was my eerste aankope oor die internet en voorwaar die moeite werd. Die naverkope diens is ook baie goed. BAIE DANKIE.

I ordered a mattress through This Side Up. Not only was the price one of the lowest I was able to find, the mattress arrived 2 days before the promised delivery date - 3 days after placing the order! Outstanding service, and I will definitely use This Side Up again...
